My Story

My journey began in Fortune 500 companies where few females sat at the big table and very little help was available.  I raised my children, built my career, and navigated my way to success.  My mission has been to create a clear path for women at any level and in any profession.  

I first learned about a life coach when I hit a few roadblocks in my own life.  And like so many others, I learned that I needed some guidance to help me navigate through the challenges of life.  

The resources I have acquired and the techniques I have developed since then have helped my clients with direction, focus, support, motivation and inspiration.  If you have a desire to identify and bust through the roadblocks to live a more exceptional life, I can help!

Everyone can use a coach sometimes, but it’s especially true in the professional world.  I have helped hundreds of  individuals who have a desire to grow personally and professionally.  

As an international provider of affordable one-on-one coaching and group workshops, I work with employees, managers, executives, sales professionals, and entrepreneurs.  

Our focus will always be on all things’ human nature, including interpersonal skills, vision, goals, communication, accountability, and much more!  We all need outside insight at times to help us find our strengths and uncover roadblocks that keep us from creating a more successful, balanced life.  
 
My vast experience comes from extensive training, self-awareness, and decades of experience working with people to help them change their lives and reach their full potential.  

I am certified in the Laser coaching process, which adheres to the standards, practices and policies that the International Coaching Federation has set forth in their Code of Professional Standards and Ethics.
